Well, I cannot see the coordinate planes, but to help you out I can tell you. f(x)=-2+3 is easy to find where to place the points. On the Y-Axis you place a point at 3 and then from that point you go UP 2 and to the LEFT 1 ORgo DOWN 2 and to the RIGHT 1.
