Move all over to LHS to have only one side of an inequality with "x". 3x^2 - 4x - ((6x^2 - 3x + 5)/10) < 0. 30x^2 - 40x - 6x^2 + 3x - 5 < 0 24x^2 - 37x -5< 0 So x is between -0.125 and 1.666... The only integer solutions are 0 and 1, therefore there are 2 solutions.
